All orders are shipped via Bpost on Mondays and Thursdays, after receipt of your payment.

The Netherlands	€10 (Free on orders over €350)
Rest of Europe	€15
Worldwide	€20 (or on request)

For shipments outside Europe, please contact us at info@wearejohny.com. We'll be happy to help arrange shipping to your destination.

Shipping Information

All orders are shipped to the shipping address provided during checkout, not the billing/invoice address.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If an incorrect shipping address is provided, or if an order is returned because import duties or customs fees were not paid, any additional shipping or return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs Duties & Import Fees

All orders include applicable taxes (where required). However, import duties, customs fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country are not included in your order total.

If any import duties or customs charges apply, they are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery or according to the customs regulations of the destination country.
